Our
Story

About Us The Ebony Collective Coalition, established 2021 by five Black-identifying Oregonians, emerged from a civic health initiative by the Northwest Health Foundation. Our mission is to empower Black families in Oregon by enhancing their political power and engagement. We are dedicated to providing resources a strong focus on community safety, education, and fostering a political pipeline. Our founders recognized the urgent need for political knowledge, education, and advocacy for policies that champion the advancement of Black families throughout Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington County. Join us in our mission to uplift and empower our community—get involved today!

The only way to make a real difference is to fund the movement.
